• The dress code for the wedding day is described as “Festive Formal”. We ask that you use our celebration as an excuse to truly dress up and have fun with textures, patterns, colors, shapes, and styles.

A Pinterest Board has been created for inspiration if you’d like to take a peek here.

The same goes for the rest of our wedding weekend events - our Welcome Party has been planned with an old Hollywood / romantic theme so feel free to dress the part as well! We suggest a cocktail vibe.

Our brunch will be very casual. You’re welcome to come join us in whatever you’re most comfortable in!

  • Due to the size and space within our venue, we ask that you RSVP only for the names listed on your invitation’s outer envelope.

Although we love your kids, we ask that you do not bring your children to the welcome party or wedding (you may bring them to the goodbye brunch, but please specify on your RSVP).

If necessary, please reach out to our wedding planner Vivianne (admin@vivianneweddings.com) to coordinate a babysitter in Antigua. She has a list of highly regarded nannies in the area that are available to watch your child(ren).

  • We like to do things the old-fashioned way and are asking guests to mail back their RSVP cards. Postage and envelopes will be provided in your invitation suite.

  • We recommend you come Thursday or early Friday. We will be having a welcome party Friday night and hope to see everyone there!

  • We will be having a goodbye brunch on Sunday and we hope to see everyone there! Ideally, we recommend you leave later in the afternoon if possible!

Please RSVP to the brunch upon getting your official invitation.

  • The weather typically is in the high 70˚s in March, and rarely ever below 71˚.

  • We recommend you book your travel and stay as soon as possible. Antigua is a popular destination during this time, so they only open up 10 rooms within our room block at a time. We cannot guarantee you a room unless you book early.

  • Yes! Please also make sure your passport has not expired. If it has, please renew it in time for our wedding. It typically takes about 8-12 weeks to renew your passport by mail in the US.

  • Please feel free to reach out to the bride, groom or our wedding planner, Vivianne, at admin@vivianneweddings.com
